= (4-3i) / (4+3i)(4-3i) ... Rationalizing .......
=> (4-3i) / 4²- (3i)²
=> (4-3i) / 16 - 9i²
=> (4-3i) / 16 -9(-1)
=> (4-3i) / 16+9
=> (4-3i) / 25
=> 4/25 - 3i/25
hence,
a + ib = 4/25 - 3i/25 Answer
