substracting both equation

Multiplying both sides by 100
100x=112.3~ (eq 1)
multiplying both sides by 10
1000x = 1123.3~ (eq 2)
subtract eq 1 from eq 2
1000x = 1123.3~
- 100x = 112.3~

900x = 1011.0~

Now, x= 1011÷900....
