1st eqn x=3.2 bar

Lets multiply both sides with 10

Second eqn 10x=32.2bar

Lets subtract first eqn from second eqn

Third and final eqn- 10x-x=32.2bar -3.2 bar

.2bar will get cancelled-

=> 9x=32-3

=>9x=29

=>x=29/9

So...the answer is 29/9 .
