u should learn divisibility rules of 2 to 9 ... which will improve your calculation. now comes to your point .. 621/999 is the numher... just start from 2 to devide both number .. both are odd nunber so 2 will not work for us .. niw we check it by 3 .. and it devide both .. we get 207 / 333 .. again we try it by 3 .. and we get 69/111 qgain we try it by 3 .. we get 23/37
good .. point is just check divisibility 1 by 1 ..
subtract barbefore numbers from bar numbers in numerator in denominator how many bar number are there that many nines and without bar number 0

Multiply the Equation (1) with 1000
1000x = 1000 * (0.621621..)
1000x = 621.621... ------------ (2)
On Subtracting (2) from (1), we get
1000x - x = 621.621 - 0.621621
999x = 621
x =621/999
x = 23/37.
Thus, 0.621(bar) = 23/37.
