All of our India is having a responsible citizen.
But, all are not responsible.
A responsible citizen of India is the person who clean the country. He/She saves the Earth.
So, a responsible citizen of India should be a good person by heart. It cleans our county and helps people in need.

He should be kind, generous, truthful, honest, hardworking, able to avoid illiteracy, anti nationalism, poverty, casteism, gender discrimination, unemployment, discrimination on the basis of colour, language, religion, region etc.
