We know that Sin²A+Cos²A=1

So, Cos²A= 1-Sin²A

=> CosA= √1-Sin²A

We know that Tan A=SinA/CosA            ..................Eq.(1)

On substituiting the value of Cos A in Eq.(1) we get

Tan A = SinA/√1-Sin²A

Thanks!!!
