Express the equation 5y = 15 - 3x in the standard form and

(a) mention the values of a , b and c and

we know standard equation - ax+bx+c=0

now compare both equation

so,

a=3 b=5 c= -15 for question (a)

(b)put in equation x=0 ,1 and find y
