ANSWER

Given,

z=−1− √3i

r= (−1) 2+(− 3)2⇒r=2.

θ=tan −1 ( −1− 3)⇒θ= 3π

Polar form z=r(cos θ+i sin θ) =

2(cos π/3 +i sin 3/π )

Exponential form z= reiθ=2e i 3π
