Answer :
We know that,
1 km = 1000 m and 1 h = 60 min
a) We need to find : 1 km / h = ? m / min
So, 1 km / h = ( 1 km ) / ( 1 h )
= ( 1000 m ) / ( 60 min )
= 1000/60 m / min
= 5/3 m / min
b) We need to find : 60 km / h = ? m / min
So, 60 km / h = ( 60 km ) / ( 1 h )
= ( 60 * 1000 m ) / ( 60 min )
= ( 60 * 1000 / 60 ) m / min
= 1000 m / min
