multiply 10 on both side
10x= 1.2333...
multiply 10 on both side
100x =12.3333.. ------1
multiply again 10 on both side
1000x =123.333..-------2sub. eqn. 1 from 2
by this we get 900x=111
x=111/900
multiply 10 on both side
