express the following linear equation in the form ax=by+c=0 and indicate the values of a,b,c in each case
1. 2x+3y=1.15
2. -2x=5y
3. y-2=0
4. x-7y= -4

well this is explanation and example;-;
Linear equations in two variables can be put in the standard form ax + by + c = 0, where a, b and c are real

numbers and a and b both are not zero.

ax+ b = 0 is a linear equation in one variable (a, b are real numbers) but it can be expressed as a linear equation

in two variables in the form ax + 0.y + b = 0.

Example: Express 4 – 3x = 0 as linear equation in two variables.

Solution: 3x+0.y+y=0
