 \frac{ - 18}{ - 21}

now by using cancellation method we cancel -ve sign and then

on both numerator and denominator divide by 3

so

 \frac{18}{21}  \\  =  \\  \frac{18 \div 3}{21 \div 3} \\  =  \\  \frac{6}{7}

therefore we have a positive denominator i.e 7

and hence it's in positive form
