J R D Tata truly cared for his workers. He adopted the Fabian Socialism approach towards labor. This approach avoided any form of revolution. Moreover, he consulted them before taking any decision on his own. He never exploited his workers for the sake of earning profits. He was against paying bribe for getting a license.

J R D Tata did not do anything that would benefit the company alone. He put the nation’s benefit before that of his company. He was always ready to apologize if he realized that he had hurt someone.

JRD Tata was the true leader as well as the business of the india .he always care for the people or labor who was working for him and encourage them .He always consult with the people under him if he want to take any step. He was the compassionate which was represented by his approach of Fabian socialism towards the labor level people. He was very aware of his responsibilities  that’s why he served more the country as the business. The main thing is that he never did the things for own benefits only but always keep in mind the benefit of the country as well as the whole nation. And he was easily approachable.
