Hi

here is your answer

★ complex number ★

Q. Express this in a + ib from ( 1 - i )⁴

Answer:-
_______

( 1 - i )⁴

= { ( 1 - i )² }²

= { ( 1 )² - 2.1.( i ) + ( i )²}² [ °.° ( a - b )² = a² - 2ab + b² ]

= ( 1 - 2i - 1 )² [ we know that i ² = -1

= ( - 2i )²

= 4i²

= - 4

so

-4 + i.0 is the answer, where

a = -4

b= 0

Hopes I helped you

thanks
