By Rationalizing the denominator

 =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} + 1 }{4 +  \sqrt[3]{3}  }

 =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} + 1 }{4 +  \sqrt[3]{3} }   \times  \frac{4 -  \sqrt[3]{3} }{4 -  \sqrt[3]{3} }

 =   \frac{ \sqrt{3}(4 -  \sqrt[3]{3} + (4 -  \sqrt[3]{3}   }{ {(4)}^{2} -  {( \sqrt[3]{3} )}^{2}  }

 =  \frac{ \sqrt[4]{3} - 9 + 4 -  \sqrt[3]{3}  }{16 - 9}

 =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} - 5 }{7}
