x - 3y + 0 = 0,
on comparing with with ax + by + c = 0
a = 1 , b = -3 and c = 0

x-3y+0=0 ---------(i)
ax+by+c=0 -------------(ii)
on comparing eq. (i) and (ii), we get
a=1
b=-3
and
c=0
when we put x=0 in eq. (i),we get
0-3y =0
-3y=0
y = 0/-3
y=0
when x=1 ,
1-3y=0
-3y =-1
y = -1/-3
y=1/3
hence ,the two solution of the equation is
x=0,y=0
and
x=1 , y=1/3
i hope you may understand it
