x= 3y
x-3y= 0
1(x) + (-3)y + (0) = 0
Comparing with ax+by+c = 0, we get :-
a= 1
b= -3
c= 0
Now, x= 3y
y=x/3
Put x=0, then y = 0/3 = 0
Put x=3, then y =3/3 = 1
Hence, (0,0) and (3,1) are the two solutions of the equation x=3y.
x-3y= 0
1(x) + (-3)y + (0) = 0
Comparing with ax+by+c = 0, we get :-
a= 1
b= -3
c= 0
Now, x= 3y
y=x/3
Put x=0, then y = 0/3 = 0
Put x=3, then y =3/3 = 1
Hence, (0,0) and (3,1) are the two solutions of the equation x=3y.
