An equation which can be put in The form ax + by + c = 0 is called a linear equations in two variables.
here , we have x = 3y
=> x.0 - 3y + c.0 = 0
comparing with ax + by + c = 0, we have
a = 1 , b = -3 and C = 0 Answer.
