Gn that
 \frac{y}{5}  = 2
ie
y = 10
ie
0x + 1y - 10 = 0
Here

a = 0 \:  \: b = 1 \:  \:  \: c =  - 10

majeed44: can u explain it more detailly????
jsvigneshbabu83: This does not need any sort of explanation bro . Jst cross multiplication and Since we dont have coefficient for x we are making it as 0x and taking constant to one side
majeed44: k thanks bro.

Hey guys...
Here is ur answer...

y/5 = 2
0.x + 1/5 × y = 2
0.x + 1/5 × y - 2 = 0
0.x + 1/5 × y + (-2) = 0

Hence,
a=0 b=1/5 c= -2

Hope this will help you...
Thanks...
