3x-4y+7=0
y= (-7-3x)/-4
y=(7+3x)/4

In order to check whether point lies on graph,
We need to substitute the values of x and y.
For (-3,4)
3 (-3)-4 (4)+7=0
-9-16+7=0
-18=0
This is not possible.
So, (-3,4) does not lie on line 3x-4y+7=0
Same can be done with (0,7/4)
