a teacher must have one quality that is to relate the subject with the real life as if someone is giving you example while other is not about the same topic than I am sure you will be able to understand quite better by the one who is providing example with it ... so a teacher must give example and relate the topic with their own life or with the children's life so that they could learn it better
the next one could be that he/she must have a lenient behaviour towards children but not so much so that the children will love their teacher and also they will respect them as well
