Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata was a transformer who could bring out positives out of the negative. He cared for his followers and took the effort to consult and listen to his followers before he took a decision. Tata ji did not do anything that he felt was good for the Tata group alone. Rather, he always felt that what was good for the country was good for the country as well.
J R D Tata was an affectionate leader. This can be seen from how he encouraged people to have open communication among themselves to strengthen relationsips. He also never failed to apologize if he realized the he hurt somebody.
