V = √(2GM/R)

V² = 2GM/R

If R becomes R/2 & M becomes M/3 then

→ V² = 2G(M/3)/(R/2)

→ V² = 4GM/3R

→ V(new) = 2√2/√3(√2GM/R)

→ V(new) = 2√2/√3V
