External radius of a plastic pipe (R) = 240mm or 24cm

and the internal radius (r) = 200mm = 20 cm

If the length of the pipe (h) = 100mm = 10 cm

the volume of the material used to make the pipe = πh( R^-r^)

= 22/7 ( 24^-20^)

= 22/7 ( 576-400)

= 22/7 ×176

=553.14 cm^
