Inorder to improve our eyesight, doctors have recommended certain food items (in correct proportion) to be included in our diet. I've listed some of them below:-
- Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and collards.
- Salmon, tuna, and other oily fish.
- Eggs, nuts, beans, and other non-meat protein sources.
- Oranges and other citrus fruits or juices.
- Liver (vitamin A), including cod liver oil.
A healthy lifestyle is essential for our overall growth, and that includes our eye health.
Note:-
If you have the habit of looking at your screen for long hours, I would also suggest that you give your eyes some rest after every 10-15 minutes.
