1. We need clothes to hide our body to ptotect from summer and winter.
2. 1) Cotton is a breathable fabric material which gives more comfort than the synthetic fibres. 2) Washing and removing any stain from cotton fabric is lot more easier than the synthetic fibres. 3) High quality cotton fabric is lot more durable than the synthetic fibres.
4. The process involves following steps : Shearing → Grading → Sorting →Cleaning → Scouring → Carding → Spinning → Weaving → Finishing. Sheep are sheared then fleece is broken up according to the quality and sorted into sections according to quality.
5. Ginning- it is a process which involves separation of cotton fibre from cotton seeds.It is an extraction process by which fibres are obtained from the stem of the plant. Retting- in this process, seeds are separated from cotton by combining. These fibers can then be separated from the non-finrous matter by hand.
