Light transmission capacity varies from object to object. Transparent objects allow all the light to pass through them, translucent ones allow partial light to pass, whereas opaque ones allow no light to pass through.

transparent is defined as that we can see everything through transparent material and opaque is the material which don't allow anything to be seen.

Floating means something which is seen above the water and is not going deep under water.

Sinking is the process in which a material (whatever it is ) have low weight or is light can sink which mean it can go down deep in the water
