So,

According to question,

fog=f[g(x)]=f(y)        

    Let [g(x)]=y

and also,

fog=f[g(−x)]        ∵g(x) is odd

        =f[−g(x)]

        =f(−y)

        =f(y)

⇒fog(x)=fog(−x)

fog is an even function
