evenly spread over the area of his rectangular farm with dimensions 20 m by 10
Calculate the rise in the level of the soil in his farm.

volume of the pit = 8×6×2 = 96cm^3

area of the farm = 20×10 = 200cm^2

let the height of rise in the level of soil be "h"

volume of raised level = volume of the pit

200 × h = 96 cm^3

h = 96/200

h = 0.48
