Solution:

SD  = √( ∑x² / N  - (∑x/N)²  )

=> SD = √(1000 /10  - (60/10)² )

=>  SD = √(100  - 6² )

=>  SD = √(100  -36 )

=>  SD = √64

=>   SD = 8
