2 The two panes in a Query window are known as the Top pane and the Bottom pane. The Topsort property is used to filter the data in ascending or descending order... there is criteria property contains the condition ... this is used to filter the records for query output.

3 pane shows the name of the table or tables that is/are used in the query being processed. The Bottom pane demonstrates the design grid that contains actual record and fields selected from the above table or tables.
