Explanation:

  1. testes have two functions – to produce sperm and to produce hormones, particularly testosterone. Sperm are produced in the seminiferous tubules of the testes.
  2. The pollen producing part of a flower, usually with a slender filament supporting the anther. Anther: The part of the stamen where pollen is produced. Pistil: The ovule producing part of a flower. The ovary often supports a long style, topped by a stigma.
  3. to nourish and house a fertilized egg until the fetus, or offspring, is ready to be delivered.
  4. The transfer of pollen to the carpels is followed by germination of the pollen grain to form a pollen tube, which grows through the tissue of the stigma and style to the micropyle of the ovule.

Testes: The testes are oval organs about the size of very large olives that lie in the scrotum, secured at either end by a structure called the spermatic cord. Most men have two testes. The testes are responsible for making testosterone, the primary male sex hormone, and for producing sperm. Within the testes are coiled masses of tubes called seminiferous tubules. These tubules are responsible for producing the sperm cells through a process called spermatogenesis.

2) The pollen producing part of a flower, usually with a slender filament supporting the anther.

3) Uterus ; The uterus is a hollow muscular organ located in the female pelvis between the bladder and rectum. The ovaries produce the eggs that travel through the fallopian tubes. Once the egg has left the ovary it can be fertilized and implant itself in the lining of the uterus. The main function of the uterus is to nourish the developing fetus prior to birth.

4) Carpels: The Carpel is a female part of a flower.

1.When the pollen grain gets onto the Stigma they germinate to send pollen tubes in the embryo sac of each ovule and get the ovule fertilized.

2. The carpel is then converted into a fruit and the ovules become seeds.
