the gravitational force is given by F = Gm₁m₂/r²
the question says that
m₁' = m₁ + m₁*50/100
m₁ + m₁/2
= 3m₁/2
m₂' = m₂ - m₂*50/100
= m₂ - m₂/2
= m₂/2
now the new force F' = G m₁'m₂'/r²
F' = G (3m₁/2)(m₂/2)/r²
F' = (3/4) G m₁m₂/r²
F' = 3/4 F
