we say the two numbers as X and Y.

= \large\frac{300X}{100} ÷  \large\frac{100Y}{100}

= \large\frac{3X}{Y}

Therefore the original fraction is \huge\frac{<strong><u>3X</u></strong>}{<strong><u>Y</u></strong>}
