Now replacing x by 2 in f(x)
4 × (2)³ - 12 × (2)² + (14 × 2) - 3
= (4 × 8) - (12 × 4) + (28) - (3)
= 32 - 48 + 28 - 3
= 32 + 28 - 48 - 3
= 60 - 51
= 9

Hence, 9 is the Answer, according to me.
