If x = 1

f(x) = (1)²-1 = 1 -1 =0

if x = -1

f(x) = -1² = 1 - 1 =0

Step-by-step explanation:

f(x) = x^2 - 1 let x = 1

f(1) = 1^2 - 1

= 0

let x = (-1)

f(x) = x^2 - 1

f(-1) = (-1)^2 - 1

= 1 - 1

= 0

Hope its helpful for you dear....
