Answer:

f) x + y = 5

let's take it as x = 5 - y

so, 5 - y + y = 5

-y + y = -5 + 5

0 = 0

since, the answer is 0

g) 2x + 2y = 10

let's take it as y is being multiplied by 2 , so divide by 2 to obtain y.

y=(10−2x)/2

=10/ 2

=−2x/ 2

=5−x..

2x + 2 (5-x) = 10

2x + 10 - 2x = 10

answer is 0 when we simplify with sign..
