ll: statement, two of the children are boys is a fact as half means 2 are girls then half means remaining 2 are boys. But the others are not clear as we cannot predict that a girl will have blue eyes or two boys will have brown eyes.

The second statement is a fact.
Since 1 1/2 of the four children are girls,so, 2 must be boys. But it is not clear which children have blue and which have brown eyes.
