Step-1 : Rewrite the polynomial splitting the middle term using the two factors found in step 2 above, -3 and 14

2a2 - 3a + 14a - 21

Step-2 : Add up the first 2 terms, pulling out like factors :

a • (2a-3)

Add up the last 2 terms, pulling out common factors :

7 • (2a-3)

Step-3 : Add up the four terms of step 4 :

(a+7) , (2a-3)

Which is the desired factorization

a= -7 or 3/2

=2a^2+11a-21

=4a^2+11a-21=0

=4a^2+11a=-21

=4a^2+a=-32

=a^2+a=-32/4

=a^2+a=-8

I hope this is may be correct
