Hope u like my process
=====================
 = > \: {x}^{3} + 3 {x}^{2} - 27x + 27 \\ \\ = {x}^{3} - 3 {x}^{2} + 6 {x}^{2} - 18x - 9x + 27 \\ \\ = {x}^{2} (x - 3) + 6x(x - 3) - 9(x - 3) \\ \\ = (x - 3)( {x}^{2} + 6x - 9) \\ \\

Thus (x - 3) and (x² +6x - 9) is the factor.
