There are four factors that influence the resistance in a conductor. Thickness(cross sectional area of the wire), length, and temperature. The fourth factor is the conductivity of the material that is used. Some metals (copper, silver) are just more electrically conductive than others (iron, aluminum).

There are 3 factor s which affect the resistance of a wire.
Nature of material ,it means electron density of any material by which we are going to make a wire. Dimension ( length,area of cross section )
Temperature - in case of metal , temperature is directly proportinal to the resistance
