4x² - y² + 6y - 9

= 4x² - ( y² - 6y + 9 )

= 4x² - ( y² - 3y - 3y + 9 )

= 4x² - [ ( y - 3 ) ( y - 3 ) ]

= (2x)² - ( y - 3 )²

Using (a + b )(a -b ) = a² - b²

= ( 2x - ( y - 3 ) ) × ( 2x + (y - 3 ))

= ( 2x-y+3 )(2x + y - 3 ) ✔✔✔

<i><u>❤Heya mate❤

we have ,

4x^2-y^2+6y-9=4x^2-[y^2-6y+9]
=[2x]^2-[y-3]^2
=[2x+y-3]{2x-y-3}
=[2x+y-3][2x-y+3]
