9(x+y)² -x²

[3(x+y)]² -x²

[3x+3y]² -x²

(3x+3y+x) (3x+3y-x)

(4x+3y) (2x+3y)

I hope this will help you

hi
here's \: your \: answer
9 ({x + y})^{2} - {x}^{2}

We know that,

( {x + y)}^{2} = {x}^{2} + 2xy + {y}^{2}
so....

  9( {x}^{2} + 2xy + {y}^{2} ) - {x}^{2}

 9 {x}^{2} + 18xy + 9 {y}^{2} - {x}^{2}

  8x ^{2} + 18xy + 9 {y}^{2}

  8x^{2}+12xy + 6xy +9{y}^{2}

=4x(2x + 3y) + 3y(2x + 3y)

=(2x + 3y)(4x + 3y)

Final Answer :
The factorized result of the question is
(2x + 3y)(4x + 3y)

pratik40: I think so this will be easy to understand .
Umrah25: Ya but the answer is not matching with the answer given back in the book
pratik40: my answer is same as abhay got
Umrah25: no he got (4x+3y)(2x+3y)
pratik40: what is my answer then,..
Umrah25: so sorry I didn't check
