\rm \:  =  \:  \:  {(2x - y)}^{2} \red{ - 2 \times 5 \times x + 5 \times y }

\rm \:  =  \:  \:  {(2x - y)}^{2} - 5(2x - y)

\rm \:  =  \:  \: (2x - y)(2x - y - 5)

Hence,

Factorization of
