rearranging
(-3x - 3y + 1) - 4(x - y)
²
putting the value of (x-y)²

(-3x-3y+1) - 4(x
²-2xy +y²)

-3x -3y+1-4x
²+8xy-4y²

rearrnging
  -4x² + 8xy - 3x - 4y² - 3y + 1

  -1(4x2 - 8xy + 3x + 4y2 + 3y - 1)
=4x2 - 8xy + 3x + 4y2 + 3y - 1

The equation can not be further solved completely so this is the final result
