Factorise
1. 75(x+y)2 - 48 (x-y)2
2. a2+4a+4-b2
3. a2-b2-2b-1
4. x2+6x+9-4y2

1.) Use identity
a^2 - b^2 = (a-b)(a+b)
So it will be,
= {75(x+y)+48(x-y)}{75(x+y)-48(x-y)}
= (75x+75y+48x-48y)(75x+75y-48x+48y)
= (123x+27y)(27x+123y)
