12 {x}^{2}  - 7x + 1 \\ 12 {x}^{2}  - 6x - x + 1 \\ 6x(2x - 1) - 1(x  -  1) \\ (6x - 1)(2x - 1)(x - 1) \\ x =  \frac{1}{6}  \: \: x =  \frac{1}{2}  \:  \: x = 1
