Answer :
- 12x² - 18xy - 10xy + 15y² = (6x - 5y) (2x - 3y)
Given :
- 12x² - 18xy - 10xy + 15y²
To find :
- Factorise
Solution :
⇢ 12x² - 18xy - 10xy + 15y²
⇢ (((12 × (x²)) - 18xy) - 10xy) + (3 × 5y²)
⇢ (((2² × 3x²) - 18xy) - 10xy) + (3 × 5y²)
Now, we have to do factor multi - variable trinomial using trail and error we get
⇢ (6x - 5y) (2x - 3y)
Hence , 12x² - 18xy - 10xy + 15y² = (6x - 5y) (2x - 3y)
