your answer is

12x^2-7x+1

12x^2-4x-3x+1

4x(3x-1)+1(3x-1)

(3x-1)+(4x+1)

answer is 3x-1(and)4x+1

Step by step Factorisation :

12x² - 7x + 1

= 12x² - 4x - 3x +1

= 4x(3x - 1) -1(3x +1)

= (4x - 1)(3x +1)

Factorized

Now if we are given to find the zeroes of the above polynomial :

4x -1 =0 and 3x +1= 0

→4x = 1 , → 3x = -1

→x = 1/4 , x = -1/3

Therefore , x =1/4 or x = -1/3
