Answer:

13x² + 37x - 6

13x² + 39x - 2x - 6

13x(x+3)-2(x+3)

(13x-2)(x+3)

Factors are -

13x - 2 =0

x = 2/13

and

x + 3 =0

x = - 3

13x {}^{2}  + 37x - 6 \\  =  > 13x {}^{2}  + 39x - 2x - 6 = 0 \\  =  > 13x(x + 3) - 2(x + 3) = 0 \\  =  > (x + 3)(13x - 2) = 0 \\  =  > x + 3 = 0 \: or \: 13x - 2 = 0 \\ x =  - 3 \: or \: x =  \frac{2}{13}  \\  \\ leave \: the \: nagative \: value \\ so \: the \: answer \: is \:   \frac{2}{13}
